Full renovation project of an old apartment located in Terrassa city center. Taking into account the large patio and considering the long corridors that the apartment had, a new distribution is proposed with fewer but larger rooms and where the living-dining room is directly related to the backyard.
To carry out the proposal, a total of 5 openings are made to different sections of the load-bearing walls.
